Refund & Cancellation Policy

We offer a 14-day free trial on the Growth plan. Cancel in-app before day 15 and you will not be charged.

Beyond the trial, monthly plans are non-refundable for partial months. If you cancel, service continues through the paid period.

Annual plans may be refunded on a pro-rated basis within the first 30 days of the term; after that, no refund.

One-time services (tax prep, LLC formation, notary sessions) are non-refundable once work has started. If you cancel before we have begun, we'll refund the full amount within 7 business days.

Overcharges, duplicate charges, or billing errors — we fix those on request, immediately, at any time. Email billing@foxelfin.com.
