We use a small number of cookies and local-storage items to run the Foxel service and remember your preferences. This page explains what they do.

Essential (always on)

Required for the service to work. You cannot opt out.

• Clerk session cookies — keep you signed in.
• CSRF tokens — protect form submissions from forgery.
• ffos_impersonation (staff only) — short-lived cookie for impersonation sessions.
• ffos.entity — remembers your selected entity on the finance cockpit.
• ffos.cookie-prefs — remembers your choices on this page.

Analytics (opt-in)

Help us understand how the service is used so we can improve it.

• Vercel Speed Insights + Analytics — anonymous page-view and performance data. Vercel's analytics are cookieless by default, but may use short-lived tokens in some browsers.

Marketing (opt-in)

We don't currently run marketing cookies. If that changes we will update this list and ask again.

Managing preferences

• From the cookie banner the first time you visit.
• Any time from Settings → Privacy.
• Browser-level: delete cookies via your browser settings. Note that disabling essential cookies will sign you out.

Do Not Track

We do not respond to Do Not Track signals today, but we honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals as a request to opt out of sale/share where applicable.
